Position:
We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Workday Analyst / Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will offer analytical and technical support to the Human Resources department, focusing on HR systems. This role involves maintaining the integrity and consistency of the HRIS database, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and providing robust support to HR, employees, and managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive maintenance support for all Workday modules, including configuration setup, business processes, and security management.
Efficiently resolve system issues for the modules, addressing concerns escalated by users.
Offer support for other Workday modules as necessary.
Develop and present metrics reports for system usage and trend analysis.
Ensure the quality and consistency of HRIS database information.
Manage system interfaces and technologies, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Troubleshoot, analyze, detect, identify, and correct technical issues and deficiencies.
Execute scheduled reports and craft custom reports as needed.
Contribute to the development of IT strategy and technology deployment, advising management on best practices.
Develop and maintain service agreements and foster positive vendor relationships.
Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing HR processes and efficiency through innovative information system solutions.
Design training curriculum and conduct formal and informal training sessions on HR Systems.
Provide exceptional technical support to HR, managers, and employees.
Act as a liaison among Benefits, Human Resources, Recruitment, Payroll, and Finance departments concerning operations and HR systems.
Resolve complex technical problems and support HR management and staff as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum of 6 years of experience working with an HRIS system; Workday proficiency is highly preferred.
At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with system and business process configuration in Workday HCM.
3+ years of expertise in Workday report development.
Important Expertise Required: Proficient in Recruitment & Time Tracking Module Implementation, EIB’s Loading, Business Process Changes, Onboarding, etc.
Action-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including advanced Excel data functions.
Exceptional skills in priority setting and problem-solving.
Unwavering commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality.
Strong presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying both technical and functional information.
Proven ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
